USING OUR CASTING PRODUCTS
- Wash the product thoroughly with hot water and a mild detergent.
- Dry thoroughly with a clean cloth.
- Apply a thin layer of oil to the inner surface of the product.
- Suitable for slow cooking methods.
- Since cast iron products retain heat for a long time, it is more appropriate to cook meals over low or medium heat.
- Using hard sponges or brushes should be avoided.
- Do not use cutting or scratching tools when cleaning interior and exterior surfaces.
- Since contact of the product with metal utensils may shorten its lifespan, it is recommended to use it with wooden or plastic kitchen utensils.
- It is not recommended for use in the dishwasher.
By using and maintaining the cast iron pot correctly, delicious and healthy meals can be cooked for many years.
